We issue refunds only in some instances
- When a package is returned to us because of delivery failure, the customer is informed about this return. Then the customer can decide whether they want to reorder or process a refund of their amount.
- Once the order is accepted by you, and you are not satisfied with the product fulfilled, in that case, you can send us an e-mail at email@example.com or call us at 9136215731 or Whatsapp us at 9136215731. One of our consumer representatives will connect with you within 48 working hours, and if your complaint is justified, we will initiate a refund for that product.
- In rare cases, where products ordered by you are out of stock, we will deliver the rest of the products at your convenience and process a refund for the out of stock products. Customer care will call and help in resolving this issue.
- In case your order does not reach you within ten days after confirmation, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- If there is a defect in the product ordered which occurred during the transit of the goods, in that case, you can send us an e-mail with details at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 9136215731 or Whatsapp us at 9136215731. Our consumer cell representative will connect with you within 24 working hours. It will be decided on a case to case basis to replace the product or refund the product amount paid to us.
Please check all addresses and zip codes carefully. Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

Rokitos has exclusive rights to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rokitos and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
Return and Exchange
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returned merchandise. We do not have an exchange Policy.
