Rokitos.in is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and we ship through reputed courier agencies for the shortest period.

Where do you ship?

As of now, we ship Mumbai through our distribution partners.

What are the shipping charges?

Standard Delivery is 50 Rs on orders up to Rs. 999, and Free Shipping on purchase of products worth 1,000 Rs and above. 

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within the next working day of placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days from the date of order. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you when placing the order.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in a damaged condition, please call our customer care at +91 9136215731 or email us at info@rokitos.com mentioning your Order ID. Please ensure that the original product label and packing are intact when you return the product to us.

How is my order shipped?

Your order will be handpicked from stock held in our warehouse. It will be carefully packed in a fully sanitized box to maintain your items in good condition.
